Bert Fink is Senior Vice President/Europe for Rodgers & Hammerstein: An Imagem Company, responsible for business development and brand management for the R&H canon across the UK and Europe, as well as serving alongside the team at R&H Theatricals Europe in licensing the R&H catalogue of more than 100 musicals throughout the European market. Fink has served with Rodgers & Hammerstein for nearly a quarter century in a variety of promotional, publicity, marketing, archival and production capacities, and handled several international campaigns, including Centenary commemorations for Richard Rodgers, Lorenz Hart and Oscar Hammerstein II, and anniversary celebrations for the major R&H musicals. On behalf of R&H he has produced DVD and Blu-ray documentary segments for nearly a dozen movie musical titles, working with such studios as 20th Century Fox, Universal, Paramount and Warner Bros; written essays and liner notes for CD, DVD and songbook editions of the R&H musicals; lectured on musical theatre at museums, colleges and universities; and has taught musical theatre history at New York University's Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program. Prior to joining R&H, he was a Broadway publicist working with such legendary figures of the theatre as Stephen Sondheim, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Bob Fosse and Jerome Robbins, and on the original Broadway companies of Sunday in the Park with George, Cats, Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera, and others. Fink serves on the Advisory Committee of the American Theater Wing, and is a Tony Awards Nominator.
